1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.

2. Refunds
Standard Items
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow a 20 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Custom-Made Jewelry
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, all sales are final.

No refunds will be offered for custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

We will inspect the product, and if a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

The defective item must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
3. Cancellations
Custom Orders
Orders for custom-made jewelry cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If the production process has not yet started, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for cancellation.

We will confirm if cancellation is possible and process the refund if applicable.
